<p>There's no better time than the start of a new year to experiment with some new beauty products and procedures that will shake up our old routines and give us a little boost. Victoria took to Instagram to share how she created her New Year's Eve party makeup, and she surprised us by revealing that she only uses one product to achieve her flawless and glowing base - and you don't even need a makeup brush or sponge to apply it!</p>
<p>After cleaning her skin with the Victoria Beckham Beauty Daily cleaning Protocol Duo, she stated that she preps it with her brand's popular Original Cell Rejuvenating Priming Moisturiser before applying her Concealer Pen in the shade L2 and blending it out with her fingers.</p>
<p>She continued, "I apply this all over my face, particularly around the eyes, nose, and jawline. However, I can utilise this as a foundation. Now I don't use any other base or foundation on my skin; I only use this one product to produce the basis."</p>
<p>Walking us through her procedure, she explained, "I'm going to take the pen and what I tend to do is work the product onto my hand first, then I start to paint," gliding the concealer directly from the brush applicator to her skin.</p>
<p>"I always start by going around the nose first, and then I go into the eye," she explained, putting a small bit of the product about an inch or two below her lower lash line to avoid getting too close to the eye area. clarifying the position, she stated: "I tend to go just underneath the eye - never, never really close up because what I find that does is it closes the eye, so just on these dark circles here."</p>
<p>Moving on to the remainder of her face, she applied a substantial amount of concealer to the area beneath her cheekbones and slightly above her jawline. "I take quite a lot of the product and I really paint down here," according to her, "because I feel that this is where I notice that I have more imperfections."</p>
<p>After applying a last swipe of product under her lips and along the sides of her nose, Victoria explained that she 'builds up' the coverage by going back over any places that she wants to brighten up even more. Then she applies a touch of concealer to the inner corner of her eye to disguise the 'small dark patches' that she claims she gets there.</p>
<p>"That's what I do to really build up the foundation, and I like to go along the jaw to really sharpen up that jawline. Then I'll go in and check for any little sun damage or spots."</p>
